INSTRUCTIONS :
1) Place stretcher on top of wire with pulling bar facing opposite direction of pull.
2) Lift wire up inside of stretcher and slide gripping bar under wire and into slots.
3) Pull stretcher over to lock wire into place.
4) Pull to desired tension.
5) Tie wire starting in the center, leaving top and bottom wire until last. If needed, use a single wire stretcher to tie the top and bottom wire.
